Join us for Yoga Unwind.

The ultimate way to relax your body and mind. 

Moving the body to release tension, and to stretch the body out from the day’s activities, this yoga class helps you ease into your afternoon or evening. We find a slower flow of movement to promote your own awareness of your body in each position, helping you to find and develop your body gently. Guided instructions to help you work on your flexibility, balance and core strength in a gentle and progression approach.

Yoga Unwind ends with shavasana using essential oils (optional) to encourage a deeper relaxation and the opportunity to simply stop and breathe.

Whether you want to attend this class to have an hour to yourself, just to move the body or for a gentle stretch and workout, this class will leave you feeling calm, rested and relaxed.

Our Yoga Fit classes are a fun way to workout, build strength, balance and flexibility.

Yoga Energise

The Yoga Energise classes uses a hybrid of Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Principles to wake up the body, stretch and improve core control.

Yoga Club

Our Yoga Club for yogis aged 7-11. A fun and relaxed class exploring yoga through games and activities.

DO I NEED TO BRING A YOGA MAT?

All yoga mats are provided. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own mat if you wish.

WHAT TIMES ARE YOGA UNWIND?

The times for Yoga Unwind are: Tuesdays 6.45-7.45, Wednesdays 5-6 and Thursdays 11.15-12.15.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We advise arriving 5 minutes before the class starts so you can put shoes/coats away, find a mat and get ready for the class.

DO YOU OFFER YOGA SUBSCRIPTIONS?

Yes! We offer a 5 class pass for £43 or a 10 class pass for £80.

WHERE IS YOUR YOGA STUDIO?

We are at 7 Princes Street, Truro. Above Radmores of Truro.

CAN BEGINNERS JOIN YOGA UNWIND?

Of course! This would be a great way to begin your yoga experience. A good speed to get you used to the positions, and an introduction to meditation and using your breath too.

CAN I BUY SINGLE SESSION FOR YOGA UNWIND?

Of course, they are £10. We do advise to book in advance as we have limited space and don’t want to disappoint anyone!

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO PARK?

The Old Bridge Car Park is a 3 minute walk from us.

Our central location in Truro provides us with the perfect location to deliver yoga sessions.
