Moving the body to release tension, and to stretch the body out from the day’s activities, this yoga class helps you ease into your afternoon or evening. We find a slower flow of movement to promote your own awareness of your body in each position, helping you to find and develop your body gently. Guided instructions to help you work on your flexibility, balance and core strength in a gentle and progression approach.
Yoga Unwind ends with shavasana using essential oils (optional) to encourage a deeper relaxation and the opportunity to simply stop and breathe.
