Want to do Yoga but don’t know when? Check out one of our prerecorded Yoga classes online. Available at any time and anywhere, you can access one of our Yoga sessions to do at a time that is best for you.

The Yoga Energise classes uses a hybrid of Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Principles to wake up the body, stretch and improve core control.

The ultimate hour to relax, reset & recharge. A slower class enabling you to stretch deeply, slow down your body so you walk away refreshed.

OUTDOOR CLASSES

Join one of our Outdoor Yoga classes in Truro or in Newquay. Surrounded in nature, these sessions are ones not to be missed.

HOW DO I JOIN LIVE YOGA CLASSES?

All live Yoga Sessions are broadcast from Zoom. A free app you can download or you can visit their website.

Once you have booked your session, you will be given a Meeting ID and Password to log on with.

WHAT TIMES ARE YOUR YOGA CLASSES?

DO YOU OFFER YOGA SUBSCRIPTIONS?

Yes! Single Sessions are £5. Or you can book 10 sessions for £40.

DO I NEED ANYTHING AT HOME?

If you have a Yoga mat, great! If not, a towel is perfect. Some space in your chosen room, make sure there are no trip hazards and you’re on your way!

CAN BEGINNERS JOIN LIVE YOGA CLASSES?

Absolutely.
