Perfect for beginners or if you have dabbled in Yoga before, our Yoga for Seniors classes offer supportive, no pressure yoga classes in Truro, Cornwall.
Each class is designed to offer exercises that promote good posture, safe stretching, and the development of good balance, coordination and alignment. We also incorporate the use of a barre (to help with tree pose!) and often our exercises use the Barre so we can focus on the stability of the ankle, knees and hips! With emphasis on never working past what you body feels like doing, but offering you the opportunity to build strength, balance & confidence in all movement. We can also offer you a chair so you don’t have to get all the way down to the floor!
Some of our Senior Yogis are also partial to an ‘after yoga coffee & cake’ at one of the many coffee shops in Truro… sounds delicious!
