Why Yoga for Seniors?
Perfect for beginners or if you have dabbled in Yoga before, our Yoga for Seniors classes offer supportive, no pressure yoga classes in Truro, Cornwall.
Each class is designed to offer exercises that promote good posture, safe stretching, and the development of good balance, coordination and alignment. We also incorporate the use of a barre (to help with tree pose!) and often our exercises use the Barre so we can focus on the stability of the ankle, knees and hips! With emphasis on never working past what you body feels like doing, but offering you the opportunity to build strength, balance & confidence in all movement. We can also offer you a chair so you don’t have to get all the way down to the floor!
Some of our Senior Yogis are also partial to an ‘after yoga coffee & cake’ at one of the many coffee shops in Truro… sounds delicious!

DO I NEED TO BRING A YOGA MAT?
All yoga mats are provided. However, you are more than welcome to bring your own mat if you wish.
WHAT TIMES ARE THE YOGA FOR SENIORS CLASSES?
We run the Yoga for Seniors classes on:
Thursdays: 10-11am & 11.30-12.30pm
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We advse arriving 5-10 minutes early just so you can grab your mat, say your hellos and get ready for the class.
DO YOU OFFER YOGA SUBSCRIPTIONS?
Yes! You can buy 4 classes for £25.

CAN BEGINNERS JOIN YOGA ENERGISE?
Absolutely. This is a great class to start if you are a beginner! You will be guided through each position, with clear explanations on body placement and how to get the most from this class.

CAN I JUST DROP IN?
We offer a drop in for our yoga classes, but advise to book in advance. We have limited spaces and don’t want to disappoint anyone.
