Join us for Yoga Fit
Join us for an hour of moving the body, finding and mastering some yoga challenges in a supportive and fun environment. Using principles from HIIT and circuits, this Yoga class works on developing strength, core stability, balance and flexibility.
Focusing on correct technique and form throughout the class will enable you to build up confidence in your own practice. Finishing with guided stretching at the end to support flexibility and recovery of muscles, giving you the knowledge to take away and do at home.
