Okay, its getting dark outside and the thought of heading out to a gym / or to exercise can be pretty tough!

So join Flow Dance & Yoga for a mini class in Yoga, Barre, Meditation every day in December. With access to our Advent Calendar Portal, each day gives you access to a 10-20 minute class.

Perfect for beginners or to those wanting to develop a regular and consistent practice, our wellness advent calendar gives you the tools and opportunity to stay active this December.

Maybe its the challenge to do something active every day or develop your yoga practice, even to give you a little bit of focus over what can be a busy time! Whatever your reason, our wellness advent calendar has something for everyone.

We can stay connected on our private Facebook group – share what you’re getting up to and offer some support! With the classes ranging from 10 mins- just 20… this is for even the busiest of people!

How do I sign up?

You can sign up using the Book Now button to your right >

The click Advent Calendar and you are good to go!

Can beginners join?

Absolutely! This is perfect if you are wanting to give Yoga / Barre / Meditation a try.

My classes give options to make it more challenging if you are looking for a bit of spice.

What if I can’t do a day?

Don’t worry, you can do as many days as you like and you will be able to catch up if you don’t get around to doing a day.

What do I need?

We’d recommend a yoga or exercise mat, but if you don’t have one a towel or a blanket is fine!

A chair for the Barre classes and that’s it! No equipment!

You can also download the resources if you don’t have a printer so you can do them online if that works out better 🙂

So how does it work?

Once you’re signed up, you will receive a confirmation email with the log in details to the Calendar Portal on our website.

You will also be invited to join our Facebook Group to check in with everyone and share how you’re getting on. (recipes for Christmas cakes also encouraged)

The Portal will be live from November, so you can download / print any resources you wish to.

Then you can access the videos daily at a time and place that suits you.
