What to expect…
Meeting at Cornish Wave HQ in Newquay, the welcomes and introductions are done, we kick start our weekend by hitting the beach for our first yoga session.
Practicing overlooking the horizon we will settle in to the Cornish way, ahead of our evening of yoga, countryside and camp fun.
You are of course more than welcome to bring along a towel and an outfit to swim in for an post yoga dip!
You then can grab lunch and have a little explore (or more beach time) around Newquay.
After lunch, we meet back at Cornish Wave HQ, giving you time to head into Sainsbury’s to grab the evening’s BBQ’ing and camping essentials and make our way in convey to the camp.
Once at the camp, you will be given a quick tour around the camp and its facilities, before heading to the barn for your second yoga session.
Unwinding from the day, this session stretches and relaxes the body and mind, getting you ready for your evening under the stars with drinks, food and good company.
Your morning starts with a gentle yoga session back in the barn. This session will wake up those muscles all the while enjoying the view of the woodland and nature.
Breakfast! Spending some time in the camp post yoga session, reading in the hammock or enjoying some woodland games, either way this is the ultimate way to spend a Sunday morning.
Our final yoga session focuses on moving the whole body, enjoying moving outdoors, taking in deep breaths of that fresh air. Some time to explore some more challenging poses if desired too! The perfect way to finish the weekend.
