Keep those eyes flawless by scheduling in your lash infill appointment! Please do keep in mind that depending on the amount we will need to infill with determine how long the appointment is.

Frequently Asked Questions…

DO I NEED A PATCH TEST?

Yes. You will need to come into the studio a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment for a patch test. This will take all of 1 minute. If you have any reaction / itching / redness please contact us asap.

If you book an appointment without completing a patch test you will not be treated but may still be charged.

CAN I COME TO YOU IF I HAVE LASHES ON FROM ELSEWHERE?

We understand we are not the only lash & brow bar in Truro, however, if you still have some lashes on from another salon, please have these removed (or we can remove for a fee). We can not add or infill another lash tech’s work. Clean lashes only please!

HOW LONG ARE APPOINTMENTS?

Appointments will vary in length, from our Lash Express which is around 1 hour to a full set of Individual Extensions which you should book out 2 hours for.

HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?

With good and consistent home maintenance at home and infill appointments at 2-3 weeks your lashes can keep getting better and better
