Who is our Heels Dance Workshop for?

Our Heels Dance workshop is open to everyone. Regardless of ability, experience, or any other differences you can think of!

At the centre of our Heels Dance Workshop is promoting body confidence and having fun. Join with friends, or make friends when you get here. We are one tribe once in the studio.

You can forget the heels if you just want to dance without worrying about the heels. Wear what makes you feel good. If that’s tracksuit bottoms and trainers, perfect, or hot pants and  heels. The space is yours.  The aim is to get you dancing, feeling sexy, looking good with a structured routine anyone can learn.

FEEL SEXY

Learn a structured Dance routine which shows you off in all the right ways. Look good and feel sexy!

GET BODY CONFIDENT

Wear what you like, and bring everything to the dance floor. This workshop is a must to feel-good, be confident and channel your inner diva.

JOIN A SAFE SPACE

No judgements here! This is a safe space for you to let go, and be yourself. We support, we empower and we care.

Worried about dancing in front of others?

Believe it or not, we completely get it. And we still get a little nervous too! Our classes are built on a supportive environment. Its not compulsory to dance as a soloist and nor will we ask you to, we just ask for you to give it a go and do as little or as much of the workshop as you feel like doing.

We hope that by the end of our Heels Dance Workshop, some of those nerves will have been replaced by your own confidence in dancing with others and letting that fear of dancing in front of people go. We want you to smash it on the dance floor!

HOW DO I JOIN A HEELS DANCE CLASS?

Spaces for our next Heels Dance class will be available to book online via our website. Spaces will be limited, so if you want to come you need to act fast!

HOW LONG ARE YOUR HEELS DANCE WORKSHOPS?

Our Heels Dance Workshops are 2 and half hours long. Don’t worry, you will have breaks!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

We suggest you bring a big bottle of water, clothes that are comfortable to dance in, trainers, and of course Heels!

Heels are optional! So forget the heels if you want to just join in the fun!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

So our Heels Dance Workshops are there to promote body confidence. So if that’s you wearing hot pants and a crop top to our classes fine by us. Or maybe a pair of leggings and a gym top. Whatever works for you, as long as its comfortable to dance in and doesn’t prevent you from getting your sass on!

CAN BEGINNERS JOIN THE HEELS DANCE WORKSHOPS?

Absolutely.

Our Dance workshops are open to everybody and every body.

If you would like us to run through the workshop before you arrive, get in touch and we can arrange a phonemail. Please do let nerves or preconceptions of what you think might happen in our workshop put you off on attending.

CAN I HIRE A HEELS WORKSHOP FOR A SPECIAL EVENT?

YES!

From Hen Dos, to birthday parties, our Heels Dance Workshop can be tailored to suit your special occasion. Bring your heels and we will bring the rest.

What does a Heels Dance Workshop look like?

Once all dancers have arrived, we get straight into a fun in-depth Dance warm up.

After the warm up, we get ourselves in the mood with some Dance technique exercises, helping you loosen up, channel your inner Beyonce and just have fun. Giggles are encouraged.

Then for the good bit. You will learn a structured Dance routine to an absolute corker of a song. Each step will be broken down slowly, moves can be adapted/modified to suit you to ensure you feel confident and happy about each section. Lots of time to rehearse and practice the routine either by yourself or in small groups before we strut our stuff on the dance floor.

Once we are all danced out, you will be taken through a Dance cool-down to allow our bodies to stretch and come back down to earth!

Nothing in this Dance workshop is compulsory. All we ask is that you bring the sass and enjoy!
