Understanding each styles origins, key aims and fundamental positions, this yoga course will arm you with invaluable knowledge on the variety that the discipline of yoga has to offer. Perhaps helping to guide yourself towards a class that you find most engaging.
Each session will lead you through a discussion of either Ashtanga, Vinyasa or Yin. These points are then echoed throughout the guided practice reinforcing key elements bringing theory to life. All sessions ending in savasana and a debrief (with some tea!) to share experiences and questions.
At the end of the session you will be able to take a written session plan home to continue your practice at home.
