Our 6 week Beginners Yoga Course in Truro gives you all the tools you need to head to your first yoga class.

You will learn the key yoga basics such as the different types of Sun Salutations, standing and seated positions, breath work, relaxation & meditation techniques. You will also gain access to 3 online classes to experience yoga in contrasting styles!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

All equipment is provided however if you would like to bring your own:

Yoga Mat, Yoga Block, Yoga Strap, Blanket!

WHAT TIMES ARE THE CLASSES?

Our beginners course runs on Thursdays 7.15pm-8.15pm

CAN I DO JUST 1 OF THE SESSIONS?

This is a 6 week course so a block payment and booking will need to be made so we can progress each week!

I’VE DONE A BIT OF YOGA BEFORE... IS THIS COURSE FOR ME?

Absolutely. This course works as a fantastic yoga refresher to dust off the mat, and get a regular practice going again.

I’M NOT VERY FLEXIBLE... CAN I JOIN IN?

Yes! Believe it or not, flexibility is not a pre-requisite to come to a yoga class… come as you are!
