Ballet Nippers
2-3 years
Our Ballet Tots is a fun filled class providing space to let our little movers shake and shout. Through mini dance games & exercises, we explore counting, memorising & creativity. The ultimate session to allow your little one to flourish.
Ballet Minis
3-4 year olds
Our Ballet Mini classes explore the creativity of our little dancers, and help in the development of responding to creative themes and stimuli. Through the use of basic dance principles, we look at how we can work as an ensemble as well as little soloists!
Ballet Stars
4-6 year olds.
Our Ballet Stars classes begin to explore the foundations of Ballet technique through fun dance exercises. Learning basic footwork and travelling sequences to develop spatial awareness, numeracy skills & teamwork.
You don’t need us to tell you how beneficial mental & physical stimulation is to babies, toddlers and children to support not only cognitive development but also their emotional and social development too.
Our ethos as teachers, as a dance provider is one of inclusivity, no pressure and open to all. This is no different for our Ballet 4 Babies classes.
Having taught children, in Nurseries, Primary & Secondary schools & Colleges I know first hand the power and impact dance/movement can have.
Our Ballet 4 Babies syllabus draws upon the Early Years Foundation Stage framework to provide structured, planned and progressive classes for your child.
The Yoga Energise classes uses a hybrid of Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Principles to wake up the body, stretch and improve core control.
The ultimate hour to relax, reset & recharge. A slower class enabling you to stretch deeply, slow down your body so you walk away refreshed.
Join in one of our Barre classes! A super fun, full body workout drawing on Barre Technique, Ballet & Yoga.

HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?
Each class is 40 minutes long.
DO PARENTS NEED TO BE THERE?
For our Ballet Nippers & Ballet Littles, Yes. Our sessions are planned for you to get involved as much as you would like to 🙂
For our Ballet Minis & Stars you can go and grab a coffee and come back 😉
DO WE NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
No! You can just bring your little one, wearing comfy clothing!
CAN BEGINNERS JOIN LIVE YOGA CLASSES?
Absolutely.
